Hinton founded Hinton Development Group with a vision of building a company that combines construction management, compliance management, general contracting, and development under one organization. He leads business strategy, client relations, project planning, and company growth initiatives while focusing on creating long-term value for clients, partners, and communities. Bryce is committed to building a company founded on integrity, accountability, and excellence.
Patrick Hinton
Senior Project Manager | North Texas Region
Patrick Hinton brings more than 50 years of construction experience across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Throughout his career, he has successfully led and supported projects ranging from renovations and new construction to large-scale project execution. His leadership, industry knowledge, and commitment to quality provide the foundation for Hinton Development Group’s project management approach and operational excellence.
Cornell Baxter Hinton
Project Manager
Cornell Baxter Hinton brings more than 10 years of construction experience and plays a key role in project execution, field coordination, scheduling, quality control, and daily operations. His attention to detail and commitment to delivering successful outcomes help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Compliance & Project Coordinator
Trey Galloway brings more than 10 years of experience supporting operations, compliance coordination, project administration, and business development efforts. He assists with workforce reporting, documentation management, compliance tracking, and operational support while helping maintain the systems and processes that contribute to successful project delivery.
